Late Nite Knits
My grandmother taught me to crochet when I was six. I have done it on and off ever since. Many people tried to teach me to knit, but it did not stick until I broke my toe, and my friend Earl took advantage of the situation. He parked me on the couch and taught me to knit continental style. I was hooked. It was inevitable that the artist in me would eventually want to start writing patterns. When that drive to create speaks, you really have to listen to it.
I am very interested in color and texture, and the way they work together. My most recent obsession has been reversible cables and ribbing. Thank you for spending some time with me.
