The Autumn Delights Cowl, worked in the round as a tube and grafted end to end, makes a nice and unobtrusive neck warmer. A cute autumn leaves and teacups stitch pattern will make your Fall season even cozier!
Gauge: 26 stitches and 26 rows = 4”/10 cm on size US 6/4 mm needles in stranded knitting, after blocking.
27”/67.5 cm circumference.
8”/20 cm width.
Measurements are taken after blocking.
For the sample I’ve used
Color A: 1 skein of Sweet Georgia Yarns Superwash DK (100% Superwash Merino, 256 yards/234 m in 4 oz/115 gr); Ultraviolet.
Color B: 1 skein of Sweet Georgia Yarns Superwash DK (100% Superwash Merino, 256 yards/234 m in 4 oz/115 gr); Pinapple.
Tools: Two pairs of size US 6/4 mm circular needles 16”/40 cm long, or size to obtain gauge.
While gauge is not critical for this project, different gauge can affect the size and overall yardage.
4 stitch markers, tapestry needle, waste yarn for Provisional Cast On (see Special Techniques, page 3), crochet hook size G/ 4 mm for Provisional Cast On, tape measure.
Materials: DK weight yarn in 2 colors, approximately 222 yards/203 m of each color.
