This baby and child size bonnet is simple and fun to make. Four sizes include newborn to child, and I am looking for a tester for each size. This is an intermediate level pattern and crocheters should be comfortable working in the round and in rows. Pattern is written in American crochet terms. Please let me know which size you can make and read details and testing agreement below carefully.
LB Collection, 100% superwash merino or any size 3/light yarn can be used for test; 100 to 300 yds, depending on size
H/5mm crochet hook (or size needed for correct gauge), yarn needle
Diameter after round 5 = 4”
In order to get the best fit, measure child’s head circumference at the widest point and make the size closest to this measurement.
Finished circumference: 12 (13, 14.5, 15) inches
Finished height: 6 (6.5, 7.25, 7.5) inches
Suggested sizing: newborn (baby, toddler, child)
