Homebound is a bottom-up, A-line, drop sleeved sweater with a simple but bold colorwork detail on the front and back. Alternate instructions are included to work a bottom-up/top-down hybrid (this is more work, but allows for a more easily customized fit and length). The sleeves are picked up and worked in the round to the cuffs. One small seam remains at each underarm to be sewn up when finishing. The colorwork is worked flat. A tutorial is provided for working colorwork flat.
This pattern knits up SUPER QUICK in bulky yarn! In just a few evenings of knitting, you can have a finished comfy cozy sweater.
