The Marius sweater is a mid-season sweater knitted in the round, with a top-down construction and raglan sleeves. The neckline is worked back and forth to form a round shape then joined in the round. The sleeves are put on hold to knit the body and then the sleeves are worked with double-pointed needles or circular needles with the Magic Loop technique. The neckline is then picked up and knitted in 1/1 rib for a few rows. This sweater with wide bands is shorter to wear with high waisted jeans.
