Karen Jackson

I learnt to knit as a child and picked the hobby up again in 2016. Since then I have made various items including scarves, hats, cushions, bed runners and am currently working on my first jumper. I am wanting to develop my knitting skills and feel test knitting is an ideal way to do this.

I work as a children’s nurse and have two young boys as well as a dog. I love knitting, reading and walking. I am quite meticulous when I read a pattern and have a mathematical mind which I feel helps when reading patterns.
