I taught myself how to crochet through YouTube videos and I started off with simple scrunchies and squares of different stitches. I eventually started making toys and plushies, which then lead on to making tops and cardigans. I used to rely largely on others’ patterns and videos, but I have recently become more confident in figuring out my own patterns and altering others to fit my own needs.
